I have worked as a solar technician for the past two decades and I am a life-long organic gardener.

Philosophically, I am both a Buddhist, in that I believe in having compassion for all sentient beings, and a Taoist in embracing the concept of living in harmony with the natural world.

Stephen Hawking has said that humanity will make it to the 22nd century if we can address three looming issues: all-out nuclear war, run-away global warming, and the creation by a bio-engineer of a microbe that would destroy us all.

I do not despair, because green politics are addressing all of the above. But I do despair if we continue with politics as usual.

The future is looking green!
