Electoral reform policy from the 2007 "Green Book":

It is time to make every vote count in Saskatchewan.

  • Form a citizen assembly to determine a form of proportional representation that is right for Saskatchewan.
  • Reduce corporate and labour union influence in elections by allowing only individuals to contribute to parties and campaigns.
  • Limit the size of donations that individuals may contribute to parties and campaigns.
  • Permit only provincial residents to donate to parties and campaigns.
  • Implement fixed election dates.
  • Limit out-of-election advertising expenses.
